David has an MSc in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Manchester University and has managed capital projects up to £20m.

Justin has over 35 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including over 25 years providing Validation Services.
Justin’s experience includes the qualification of a wide range of manufacturing systems (small and large molecule APIs, and sterile / non-sterile pharmaceutical product related), critical utility systems (e.g. WFI systems) and facility / HVAC systems.
He also has a significant level of process development experience and process understanding, which complements his qualification / validation skills.
Justin is a Chemical Engineer by qualification.

Bryan has over 35 years' experience in estimating, design, supervision and project management of industrial, process and commercial mechanical building services systems from tender to practical completion.
Experience includes energy / site surveys, sustainable design, site investigations and report writing. Comprehensive consultancy design and project management experience.

Dr Ian Davies

Ian has over 25 years' experience in the pharmaceutical and allied industries. Initially from a Medical Device Development background, Ian has been responsible for design modifications relating to Metered Dose Inhalers, Dry Powder Inhalers and Nasal Inhaler Pumps.
Significant experience in Quality Assurance whilst supervising GMP Compliance of manufacturing and packaging operations.
Ian is a leading expert in Validation and Compliance Investigations. Ian also has significant experience as a Lead Auditor for internal and external (both domestic and European) compliance Audits for the Healthcare arena.
